Sweathearts (“Sweathearts”, “we”, “us”) is a strength and nutrition app for you and your training partner, published by Nanopulse. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We built Sweathearts to track your training — not you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
The short version: your account and training data are stored securely and tied to your account. We use it to make the app work and to sync between your iPhone and Apple Watch. We never sell it or share it with advertisers, and you can delete it at any time.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your email address and an encrypted password (or the identifier from your chosen sign-in provider). This is used to authenticate you and sync your data across your devices.
Training and nutrition data
You provide this as you use the app. It may include:
- Workouts, exercises, sets, weights and reps
- Body metrics such as weight and your goals
- Meals, food entries and macronutrient totals
- Water intake and hydration targets
- Streaks, personal records and progress history
- Your chosen theme and app preferences
Health & fitness data (HealthKit)
With your explicit permission, Sweathearts reads from and writes to Apple Health. During a workout we may record heart rate, active energy and the workout session itself so your training appears in the Health app. Data obtained through HealthKit is used only to provide app features. We never use HealthKit data for advertising or marketing, and we never sell it or share it with third parties. It is not used for any purpose other than health and fitness, and it stays on your device and in your synced account only.
Diagnostic information
We may collect basic, non-identifying technical information (such as crash logs and app version) to keep the app stable. This does not include the contents of your workouts or meals.

3. Sharing between partners
Sweathearts is designed for two people. If you link with a training partner, certain information — such as your sessions, streaks and progress — is visible to them by design. Only share with someone you trust.
4. How your information is stored and protected
Your data is stored on secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access is restricted and protected by per-account security rules so that only you (and a partner you've linked with, where applicable) can access your data. During workouts the app stores data on your device first and syncs when possible, so a lost signal never blocks you.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We use a small number of service providers strictly to operate the app — for example, cloud hosting and authentication — and they may process data only on our behalf and under contract. Apple Health data is never shared with any third party.
6. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your associated personal data, except where we are required to retain limited records to comply with the law.
7. Your rights and choices
- Access & correction: you can view and edit your data in the app at any time.
- Deletion: you can delete your account and data from within the app, or via our Delete Account page.
- HealthKit: you can revoke Health permissions at any time in the iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Contact us to exercise them.
8. Children
Sweathearts is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
