Terms of Service

Welcome to Sweathearts. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sweathearts app and website (the “Service”), published by Nanopulse. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Sweathearts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. If you link with a training partner, you understand that certain data will be shared with them as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Health disclaimer

Sweathearts is not a medical service. The app provides fitness and nutrition tracking for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or nutrition program. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in the app. You use the Service and undertake any exercise at your own risk.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or disrupt the Service
Reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service except as permitted by law
Upload content that infringes the rights of others

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the workouts, meals, metrics and other content you enter. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and any partner you link with.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software and branding, is owned by Nanopulse and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

7. Purchases and subscriptions

If the Service offers paid features, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Any pricing, billing period and renewal details will be shown to you before you buy. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via the Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nanopulse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
